Sponsorship Packages      

Sponsor Our User Group

Our user group is targeted at software engineers and usually Microsoft related technologies. We'd love to discuss user group sponsorship with you. Normally we trade a short marketing presentation or other announcements (max of 15 minutes) in front of our audience as well as placement our e-mail announcements and website in exchange for the support of our sponsor. Traditionally we ask our sponsors to either cover the cost of the food for the user group  and some items for the giveaways.

Current Sponsorship Packages

Title Sponsorship Description
Meeting Sponsorship   This package includes fifteen minutes at the beginning of the meeting you sponsor where you or an authorized representative can present to our attendees. Historically this presentation has been focused on product or services marketing, but the 15 minute time is yours to use how you choose. During the month you sponsor, we will also place your organization's logo on our website (in the designated sponsor area in the top right) and in our newsletter as a sponsor of the meeting. You will also be able to put material on the registration desk, hand them out to members as they register or place them on the meeting desks. In exchange we ask for a donation to our organization of at least $150.00 to cover the cost of the meeting and the food served to attendees.  
Newsletter Sponsorship   This sponsorship package provides the ability to sponsor our newsletter as a premium sponsor for either 6 or 12 months. This package offers a permanent placement of your logo on our website and newsletter during the sponsorship time. In order to provide this package we ask that you make a donation to our organization of $300/6 months or $500/12 months.  
Location Sponsorship   This sponsorship is a yearly contribution of space to our user group to use.  
Honorary Sponorship   Honorary Sponsors are companies or individuals who provide some service or sponsorship to AMP that the directors feel deserve special notice.
